铅酸电池工作原理
根据铅酸电池的应用场景以及电池结构,主要可以将铅酸电池分为四大类:启动用铅酸电池、动力用铅酸电池、固定型阀控密封式铅酸电池、以及小型阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,矿灯用铅酸蓄电池等。
以阀控铅酸电池为例,这种电池主要是将外部直流电源连接在电池上进行充电,使电能转化为化学能并储存起来,再通过释放电能来驱动设备。充电过程中,当铅酸电池中的电量即将达到顶点时,电池的正极会产生氧气,而负极会产生氢气,这时气体会从铅酸电池中溢出。不光会导致电池中的电解液越来越少,而且还需要大家在使用时不时加水,以保证电池的正常性能。同时,在充电末期或是在过充条件下,正极产生的氧气会与负极的海绵状铅产生反应,使负极的一部分还处于未充满电的状态,从而可以有效抑制氢气的产生。
铅酸电池充电注意事项
1.我们平时使用的电动车中有很多都是铅酸电池,而这些电池的充电器一般都为三段式充电器。在电量完全用完的情况下,电池的充电时长大多会在8-10小时这一区间内。同时,我们要注意铅酸电池的充电时间最好不要超过12小时,过度充会导致电池的寿命缩短,不利于电池的续航。而且也最好不要等到电池完全无法工作时再去充电,建议在电池电量还有剩余时及时充电。
2.铅酸电池的充电环境也有一定讲究,温度过高以及过于潮湿的环境都不适合给电池充电,非常容易引发危险。在为铅酸电池充电时,最好选择在通风的环境中进行,同时最好在平坦的地面上来进行。
3.铅酸电池的充电时长也需要根据外界的气温来选择,我们都知道铅酸电池的充电时间以8-10小时为宜。根据季节的不同,充电的时间也要有所改变,夏季电池充电的时间最好不要超过8小时,而在冬天,充电时间可以适当加长,但是最好也不要超过10小时。当充电器的指示灯由红转绿之后,即可移除充电器。

During the charging process, when the charge in the lead-acid battery is about to reach the peak, the positive pole of the battery will produce oxygen, and the negative pole will produce hydrogen, and then the gas will overflow from the lead-acid battery. Not only will the electrolyte in the battery become less and less, but also we need to add water from time to time during use to ensure the normal performance of the battery. At the same time, at the end of charging or under overcharge conditions, the oxygen generated by the positive electrode will react with the spongy lead of the negative electrode, leaving a part of the negative electrode in the state of not fully charged, thus effectively inhibiting the generation of hydrogen.
Precautions for lead-acid battery charging
1. Many of the electric vehicles we usually use are lead-acid batteries, and the chargers of these batteries are generally three-stage chargers. When the battery is completely discharged, the battery will grow in the range of 8-10 hours during charging. At the same time, we should note that the charging time of lead-acid batteries should not exceed 12 hours. Over-charging will shorten the battery life, which is not conducive to battery life.
